Rated 3 out of 5 by from Finally full I set this food out for my larger dog, he took one whiff, but refused to eat it. I was dog sitting a boston terrier and he loved it! I couldn't tell a difference in his coat even though he ate it for a little over a week, nor could I tell a difference in his energy. He had loads of energy anyways. What I did notice was that he didn't need to eat as much with this food. Prior to feeding him Wild Frontier he would eat his food and anything else my dogs didn't. Plus he would beg for scraps. After 4 days I realized he would eat his portion and nothing else. No more begging at the table!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seems promising I really liked the ingredients in this dog food and the shape/size of it. It did not have a potent smell and had a crunchy texture. My dog immediately took a liking to it and chose it over her usual food. Overall great experience. Only problem is that it seems hard to find in store and is ok on the more expensive side.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dog liked it, me not so much My one dog really liked this food, the other wouldn’t touch it. The overall smell of the product was enough to turn me off of wanting to continue to purchase this in the future. Not only that, but it made my dog’s farts absolutely horrendous...like room clearing smell. The price in stores is another reason it won’t be purchased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It didn’t last a week THEY LOVED IT My dogs went crazy about this wild Frontier food since day one. They even start “fighting” for it. That’s not normal. I don’t know what kind of magic you put on it but apparently it was finger liking good. It has good ingredients, first one was beef. I will repurchase, only the best for my babies.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Food - A Bit Expensive My dog isn't really super picky about his food and will eat anything in his bowl. However, he gets horrible gas that bothers the rest of the family if we change his food too quickly. I found the Wild Frontier took a day or two for his system to adjust, but after that it seemed fine. He seems to have great energy now and I love all the natural ingredients. It is a bit expensive, but if you read the labels you get what you pay for. I love that my dog seems happy and it keeps his digestive system in check for the rest of the family.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dogs are "wild" about dogfood! Our dogs are just "wild" about their new Nutro Wild dry dogfood. They get excited about eating and lick their bowls clean!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Devoured by Three My three large dogs are not ones to normally turn down a meal, but they do take their time when it’s not something they like. With the Wild Frontier, they DEVOURED it within minutes and hunted around their dishes for more! There may have even been some boundary growls. While my three absolutely loved it, I wish the boar ingredient was in the top three ingredients list. I feel like if you are going to advertise boar on the front of the bag it should be one of the top ingredients. I do however like that it is grain free and 40% plant based ingredients. I definitely look for a more natural ingredient list and Wild Frontier had more then most others. I would be more likely to buy Wild Frontier if they sell a seafood flavor. I do tend to buy a cooler meat for my older dog because of anti-inflammatory issues. All though she didn’t have any flare ups during this trial. Which is great! Overall, I think Wild Frontier is a wonderful dog food with soild ingredients. It may be a keeper.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Riders choice Our dog Rider is usually not excited about mealtime and takes her time to empty her bowl. She was outside when I got the pkg of wild frontier. I put some in her bowl and she was at the door wanting in before I put the bag away. When i let her in she went straight for her food bowl and finished it quickly. She smelled it from outside the house. So it looks like she will have a new dog food
